Helena Collins

Helena Collins is a Licensed Professional Counselor and works with teens in a mental health private practice. She specializes with children and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, coping with transition and identity issues. Helena worked in Harmony Public School District as a Physical Education Teacher. She assisted in developing motor skills and physical development amongst primary students. Helena implemented curriculum to provide students with knowledge and ability needed to maintain active, healthy lifestyles. She holds a B.A. Psychology and M.A. in Mental Health Counseling.
