  • 1 container (15 ounces) low fat ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup blue cheese (optional)
  • 8 ounces steamed broccoli florets, chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • Cooking spray
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
