Ingredients:
- 1 package breakfast sausages (Johnsonville Fully Cooked)
- 8 corn tortillas (mini)
- 4 eggs (scrambled)
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomatoes (chopped)
Directions:
- Warm the tortillas for 30 seconds on each side in a dry skillet or on the grill, until toasty and pliable.
- To make the tacos, fill one of the warm tortillas with about 1/4 c. scrambled eggs down the center, and sprinkle with some cheese, a Johnsonville Fully Cooked Breakfast Sausage, and chopped tomato.
