Fresh Greens Salad with Basil Mint Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup fresh basil  (20 leaves)
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint (packed 15 to 20 leaves)
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients into a small food processor and run until finely chopped

  2. Add vinaigrette to a bowl of greens and vegetables for a family sized tossed salad, or add 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons to an individual salad.
