Yogurt Parfait Meal Prep

Ingredients:

  • 1 16 ounce container of yogurt
  • 8 strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 2 bananas, sliced,
  • 1/4 cup of pecans
  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of granola

Directions:

  1. In each Meal Prep container, add 1/2 cup-3/4 cups of yogurt.
  2. In the meal prep compartments, add the toppings.
  3. Keep fruit together and dry toppings together.
  4. Add a spoon to each meal prep, and cover with the lid.
  5. Keep cool in the fridge or the cooler until you are ready to eat it
